● You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Platform allows:
● Service Providers to list their products, services, and taxi services.
● Customers to browse, book, or purchase services and products.
Note: Cybergate Services (Pvt) Ltd acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual delivery, quality, or performance of listed services or products.
● Service Providers:
○ Ensure that listings are accurate, lawful, and updated regularly.
○ Comply with all local and international laws governing their services.
● Customers:
○ Use the Platform responsibly and adhere to all booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
○ Provide accurate information when making bookings or purchases.
● Payments for services or products must be made through the Platform’s secure payment gateway.
● Additional fees or charges may apply as per the listing or transaction.
● The Platform is not responsible for any disputes regarding payments between Service Providers and Customers.
● Cancellation and refund terms will vary depending on the Service Provider.
● Users must adhere to the specific terms outlined by the Service Provider in their listing.
● Cybergate Services (Pvt) Ltd will not mediate disputes unless explicitly stated.
● All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Cybergate Services (Pvt) Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
● Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without prior written consent.
Users are prohibited from:
● Using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
● Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
● Attempting to disrupt the functionality or security of the Platform.
Cybergate Services (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for:
● The accuracy, quality, or legality of services or products listed by Service Providers.
● Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
● Unauthorized access to user accounts or data breaches.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

● Service Providers and Customers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
